The Jockey Club "Parkinson's Joy" Care Program held a series of training sessions and activities targeting different groups from June to July in the past year, aimed at enhancing public awareness of Parkinson's disease and promoting the physical and mental well-being of patients. The activities included:

  • "One Person, One Story Theatre," which incorporates elements of improvisational drama to encourage participants to express their personal experiences through drama.

  • Wellness workshops designed for social workers and healthcare professionals to promote self-care among professional caregivers.

  • Dance for PD®️ teacher training workshops to promote the application of dance therapy in the local community.

These activities have all been successfully completed, and we hope that friends with Parkinson's and those concerned about Parkinson's disease will continue to support future projects organized or co-organized by the foundation, actively participate, and work together to promote physical and mental health as well as community care.
